We remain committed to delivering the very best of general practice by working with our patients to promote health and wellbeing.”
The CQC acknowledged that:
“Granta employees treat patients with kindness, respect and compassion and have the skills, knowledge, and experience to carry out their roles. They work together and with other organisations to deliver effective care and treatments and are consistent and proactive in helping patients to live healthier lives.”
“Staff were proud of the practice as a place to work and spoke highly of the culture. There was strong team-working and support across all areas and a common focus on improving the quality and sustainability of care and patient’s experience.”
Granta is obviously proud of this recognition as it shows dedication to both the team and patients. We do not want to rest on this however and want to use this as the foundation on which to continually improve, adapt and develop our services.
