Granta Medical Practices comprises of 5 well-recognised and thriving General Practices in South Cambridgeshire, caring for a total of 43,500 patients. They are already classed as a Primary Care Network and are redefining sustainable General Practice for the next generation.

At Granta we are open minded and forward thinking.  We offer excellent care and want to ensure we are excellent employers as the happiness and satisfaction of the family we employ is as important as the satisfaction of our patients.

Granta surgeries are all village based, have a local feel with regular stable teams, weekly clinical meetings, as well as whole staff site meetings and a culture of coffee breaks and peer to peer support.

A Granta GP day is 12 phone calls (mixed continuity pre booked and on the day slots) with 2 face to face booked by our Reception teams. The remainder of the session is for self-directed face to face and follow up care.

We also share in being duty doctor with support from a visiting team and share in extended access appointments with free choice of sessions and days.

GPs at Granta have the benefit of traditional family practice values and culture whilst benefiting from the modern at-scale working.
