Our patient survey goes live today, 1st March 2023, and will remain open until 31st March 2023. Please click here to access the survey. If you know someone who does not have access to a computer or a mobile telephone, there will be hard copies available in every Granta surgery, along with a collection box.
We would like to thank all of you in advance for taking the time to complete this questionnaire, and thank you to our PPG committee who have worked tirelessly putting this survey together.
