We offer an Annual Health Check for people aged 14 and over with moderate to severe learning disabilities.
What happens at the check?
- Review of physical and mental health
- Weight, blood pressure, heart rate
- Medication review
- Blood or urine tests if needed
- Advice on diet, exercise, and self-care
